Four-ram zun is one of the most famous bronze ritual vessel and sacrificial articles in the late Shang Dynasty. In 1938, it was unearthed in Ningxiang County of Hunan province and now collected in National Museum of China.

Four-ram zun is still the largest statue of Shang Dynasty bronze , length of each side is 52.4 cm, height is 58.3 cm, and weight is 34.5 k. The four sides of the statue are decorated with banane-leaf patterns, triangular kui patterns and animal face patterns. The center of the statue is the center of gravity, and each of the four horns of the statue is a sheep. The head and neck of the sheep stick out of the organ, and the body and leg of the sheep are attached to the abdomen and the ring foot. At the same time, the square shoulder is decorated with a high relief snake body and a claw dragon pattern, which is the middle of the four sides of the respect, that is, the two sheep are near each other, and each pair of horned dragon heads protruded from the right shoulder of each side of the square in the middle of the front.

According to archaeologists, the Four-Ram Zun adopted a casting technique of separate casting,first casting the sheep horns and dragon heads separately,then casting them as a whole.In the square statues of the Shang dynasty,the shape of the Four-Ram Zun was simple,beautiful,and majestic.It was known as the"ultimate model of bronze".At the same time,in May 2000,the Chinese History Museum selected the Four-Ram Zun as one of the top ten national treasures of the museum's collection of bronze artifacts.On August 19,2013,Four-Ram Zun was listed as one of the third batch of cultural relics prohibited from being exhibited abroad.
